Thank you for your opinion, Joe. But you didn't answer the question. What's so wrong with Brinker (if true) protecting his name and his reputation by all legal means from defamation by those whose goal is simply to defame him out of their never-ending anger and disappointment? I don't know what the legalities are, I doubt you do either, and as you say, I'm willing to let the courts decide that, which I'm not sure will ever happen either. Meanwhile, any sensible businessperson would give it his/her best shot if it goes on forever.
