Agreed. They have no integrity and no spine (but that's been the case with the accounting "profession" since Y2K and the Enron implosion proved it).

Put the FASB on the pyre of US institutions that have sold their souls........

Do you really believe the FASB made that decision? Think SEC, congress and Wall Street and you'd be closer to the truth.

The Board has perceived responsibility but zero practical authority.
