So now what? Pass a law requiring all gas stations to give mandatory tire inflation checks? Have the "conservation cops" out writing tickets to people driving with underinflated tires?

People have been told to keep their tires properly inflated ever since gas hit $3/gallon. It's quite a pain to check that every month, even for guys like me who know what they're doing.
