It's the close baby. Trust the close and trust gaps over S/R. The rest is wiggles.

I was not talking about how long a decision should take btw. I was talking about how much price can play around a line before making its real move. It can move around a line quite a lot. I see it all the time -- "Such and such is breaking down." or "Such and such is breaking out.", only to see the announcement look stale, and a little stupid, at the close. This is why we have so many threads filled intraday ramblings and bad reads. Folks watch wiggle charts like television. Kinda silly imo.
