No... it's just good that a guy that has a huge influence on the American people is giving solid advice to the citizenry. Not everything has to be a matter of law.

Why not, Z? I thought we're supposed to be a "f----n' society."

Obama should also tell citizens to go volunteer and feed the poor, clothe the homeless, and help your fellow neighbor. I don't think that would satisfy your desire for forced wealth redistribution, though.
