Yes, they do. The difference, of course, is that Bush & McCain will bring them home with us having won in Iraq and made America a safer place, while Obama would have brought them home as a surrendered force enabling terrorists and Iranians to take over Iraq.

Not quite. McCain (and Bush) have been for bringing the troops home after victory is achieved, Obama has bee for bringing the troops home regardless of victory.

If Obama opinion about bringing the troops home prevailed, the US would have been defeated in Iraq, then in Afghanistan.

I think McCain will (and should) hammer this issue from now until election, daily. Coded or not, the message should be:
"Obama victory = US defeat"
