Was his playing of the Howard Dean quote, a single line extracted from several speeches,

I just think your characterization of Rush Limbaugh is a little over the top. The clips from about two dozen Howard Dean speeches were nearly, but not quite, identical, proving that Dean has a one track mind.

No, I don't think it is fomenting outrage. I think it is exposing phonies for what they are.

I sincerely appreciate your concern for my wife. She went to urgent care Tuesday, got a diagnosis of sinus infection. The pipsqueek antibiotics did not lower her temperature Wednesday, and I took her in again today. Today the diagnosis is pneumonia. Heavy duty antibiotics, and expect to feel like crap for two weeks. I know. I've been there. She goes in for more antibiotics tomorrow.

She urged me to go to Candidates' Night this evening, so I'm going with neighbors. We spent about an hour with a candidate for county commissioner who was on our doorstep when we returned from town Monday evening. I think I'll vote for him.

WA has the most gawd-awful primary system imaginable. Candidates do not have a political party; they can but do not have to express a 'preference' for a party. Regardless of party affiliation the top two vote getters in the primary compete in the general election. It is entirely possible for two candidates of the same party to compete in the general election.

One of the question I'm going to ask is: "Who dreamed up this mess?"
