The concept is that Obama will be more like Clinton and less like Carter and balance the Federal budget. And, unlike Bush, he will support American innovation with a strong dollar and a return to tech/biotech growth vs. dirt and mineral growth. In California, Reagan pretty much ruined the school system by cutting off its life supply of funds. He always figured that he was dumb and went a long way in life, so why can't everyone else remain ignorant. Plus, dumb people will vote GOP. Don't you have a Republicrook governor who promised to balance the budget?
