Don't be dense Brumar. When can we expect oil to start flowing from OS platforms off the coast of FLA or CA once Congress lifts its ban? Your best guess as a professional, not a partisan. About a month later than it otherwise would have, had Congress lifted the ban on the day president Bush lifted it. If this Congress does not lift it, the flow of oil will be delayed by additional 6 months, when the new Congress can take it up. Don't be dense, Joe. That's not what I asked. This is kind of like an overweight person delaying the start of his diet, with excuse that losing weight will take some time to achieve anway ... This is basically an inaction and waiting for a miracle. Huh? What the hell are you talking about? You're dieting analogy doesn't make much sense. And, BTW, during this inaction, Chinese are going to be drilling off the coast of Florida. Drilling for oil that could potentially have been extracted by US companies. Oh please.....not you too. It is in your DNA....the lying and the spinning. Have you too been passing around an email by Captain Porter? Just curious. BTW the Chinese are not drilling off the coast of FLA.
