Ted,

Well I don't know about that.....there has been no victory and yet Bush and McCain both are talking about bringing troops home soon.

Obama is already on record to bring them home defeated. McCain has done all that is humanly possible to make sure they come home victorious.

Democrats placed all their bets on America's defeat. They have already benefited from what looked like a defeat.

It would be only fitting that they are punished when their bet on America's defeat explode in their faces.

Obama won the nomination by placing his bet on America's defeat. He beat all his major opponents in the primary on the issue of war. So it would be only fitting that if America wins, Obama loses his bet.

I don't know what will happen between now and November, but I bet Dems are praying for some carnage, for some dead American soldiers, for more body bags. They would rather win election and lose a war then lose election and win the war.

Joe

And Obama's people are saying he'll leave 50K troops in Iraq indefinately.
