That's EXACTLY what happens at Costco! Which seems very successful, with happy employees.

Unions served a purpose at one time. Today, at the top they are a quest for power and at the bottom they are a way to redistribute wealth to people who haven't earned it.

Elitist. I think guys that peddle software to Doctors clinics deserve 1/2 minimum wage.
