mas, before you make such ludicrous accusations, don't you think you should look at the evidence first? I know that wouldn't be your style but it might help. From what little we know about the actual evidence, what you are spinning as "bribes" are likely what others would call low prices. Despite your frequent insistence, no one is claiming that anyone "bribed" anyone. The evidence behind accusations of "paying someone" to not offer AMD parts has not been presented publicly so you have nothing to support your spin except more spin. In all likelihood, this is a replay of the JFTC and KFTC cases where volume rebates were deemed to have the effect of excluding the competitor while there was no explicit exclusion. You are already on record as opposing this interpretation so you are probably arguing both sides here. No wonder you are confused...
