Thanks
Just got off the phone with a MA attorney and you are correct,MA is not one of the better states for this. CA sounds ideal before i check with atty.

Fl is probaly ideal i will email an atty right now.
Fl does not put up with as much consumer protection as MA does.

I certainly have know nothing but i will toss a little money at it and see if i can learn.
I think as people continue to see their house evaporate, they walk.
bwdik?

What about these CDS that Mike Morgan keeps harping on?

MA not one of the better states in the NE from what I've heard. I hear it works better in neighboring states up north..

Zeus I know nothing on that topic here in Florida but it is the ultimate debt cleansing mechanism you know..Not that much money was made from it during the bubble and bust the past 4-5 years..lots of dumb money chasing it up and back down got wiped out from what I've heard<g>..
