Lol, so you think millions can be authorised with it being company policy ? Yes it was a bribe and yes it was company policy. The EU will also prove it for me as I don't believe this case would have been brought without overwhelming irrefutable evidence.

So to be clear, you are saying that a written agreement was in place that explicitly required that AMD, by name, be excluded in exchange for cash payments or price reductions. And that these agreements involved transactions in the millions of Dollars/Euros. Right?

Just to refresh your memory:

So as long as Intel don't specifically include AMD in their rebate schemes they can charge any profitable price they like as far as I'm concerned.
