That's normal cases. Nation-states are artificially created and constantly re-enforced. Until it reaches a point wehen we can take a Irish whose great grand father arrived ready to work for food, whose grand father scavenged for survical and today his great grand son says: "Sacre bleu! who are those shirtless 'polutting' out neighborhood? Homeland Security on them! put them on the plane and rop them back on their country of origin, preferable without parachutes."
