Re: So there was no agreement that specifically excluded AMD but just a wink and a nod followed by bags of cash. Maybe a body or two just so they'd take things seriously. Even though nothing was written down you know it happened because Intel is criminal by nature and evil incarnate. The policy must have been handed down verbally too from the top so there would be no record. That way when no evidence turns up that specifically names AMD you can still be right. That sounds perfectly reasonable.

You don't need evidence. Painting a plausible picture is good enough for a conviction and multi-billion dollar fine, according to some people.
