If they don't exist why did Intel try to stop AMD getting hold of them ? ;-) So you can't point to a single authoritative article claiming that any Intel agreement with it's customers specifically excludes AMD. You are on record as disagreeing with any such ruling unless they do. So you are simultaneously disagreeing with rulings that so far show and claim no specific mention of AMD, and without being able to point to one, you use those same rulings as proof that they do. I think you need to have a talk with yourself and straighten this out.
