The biggest thing our government has gotten right is not to interfere too much in the economy, and so not slow down the engine that creates the wealth the the government and the private sector have to live off of. I won't claim this as fact, but somebody told me the other day that government employs more people than the 35 largest corporations in this country. Now you claim that the "biggest thing our government has gotten right is not to interfere too much in the economy". Yet look at how much they do "interfere" with virtually every product and transaction regulated. They set ALL the rules, from A to Z. This county has been VERY successful with that regulation. Other countries with little or no regulation are poverty stricken hell holes. Coincidence? I don't think so.
