Al right already. I am trying to cut out wheat. I need something to eat my tunafish with now. Celery I guess is acceptable. A few carbs but a lot of fibre. But I need something else for variety. Any suggestions?

But a nearly wheat free existence does seem possible.

I guess all grains are out for Dr. Davis including those delicious Ry Krisps.

I am going to check out this book however to get another point of view

Nobody knows it all or is always 100% correct-nobody not Dr. Davis not anyone

He apparently likes whole grains at least in certain forms.

I do know from personal observation that his patients do well.
