It's pure socialism. Help people by building solar and wind farms, drilling the OCS an anwar. Give them a job. We need American companies to thrive. Not to destroy them or ship them and their jobs elsewhere to avoid punitive measures laid on by the government. Stuff like Obama is proposing just throws the advantage to foreign oil producers.
