No one needs to. Of course you need to explain it too them. You've sold them a big bill of goods......they need to know when their payoff will come through. I am still waiting for an answer. Is someone gonna explain to taxpayers subsidizing alternative energy research when the next big alternative energy breakthrough will happen and how much the power it produces will cost? No one has sold them a bill of goods on this one. They know its problematical They don't know that OCS drilling is very problematical.
