Harvest has negative connotations for you? It means joy and plenty to me.

The term 'Harvest' has negative connotations. In the context of organs? Maybe/sometimes. Generally? No. And with organs I don't think it should either. Because we harvest them all the time and its a good thing. Harvesting doesn't mean "for profit harvesting", but any harvesting. And for profit harvesting shouldn't be seen as so negative. Actually we already have for profit harvesting. Its not like donated organs don't result in profits for hospitals and doctors who perform the operations, only the donor gets no profit.
