Don't put words in my mouth. You're the one saying contracts have to explicitly exclude AMD.

You are so utterly mixed up on what was being discussed. I'm not putting words in your mouth and I didn't say contracts have to explicitly exclude AMD to warrant an adverse decision. You are now putting words in my mouth. I was discussing with another poster his opinion on the matter but you haven't been following or paying attention so you misunderstand the discussion. I'm not going to try to straighten you out, just go back and follow the discussion.

So you concede the point. GREAT! Bookmarked! ephud is on record conceding the possibility that contracts can cause exclusion in their effect!

Deemed exclusionary to be precise. That's what I think happened in Japan and Korea as well. They were wrong but that was their line of reasoning. You just figuring that out now?

Try to follow the conversation will ya?
