Dan, since you're running away from your original analogy, let me bring it back up in another way.

You think Intel can't pay your employer $500K to fire you, but you think AMD can because AMD is not a monopoly.

You think Intel can't "bribe" anyone to buy only Intel products, but AMD can "bribe" anyone to buy only AMD products because AMD is not a monopoly.

In your world, "bribery" is legal for anyone who isn't a monopoly. And that's the problem with your "bribery" analogy, or any other comparison with real criminal actions, because what Intel is being accused of would not be considered illegal if AMD did likewise.
