Dems Pelosi & Reid have a 14% approval rating, which has probably shrunk since they fled DC for 5wks...ignoring citizens demands that they lift the ban from drilling on the outter continental shelf. GW Bush will receive high marks from historians for his intestinal fortitude as CIC. Libs never appreciate strong character and true grit...they're all about popular opinion and international perceptions. Bill Clinton is the epitome of a Liberal: his concerns about UN disapproval resulted in the carnage of 3000 civilians on 9/11.
