If he did, he would have been statistically correct at least 50% of the time. My recollection says he is NOT anywhere near that. Besides, the DUMBEST coin in the world will give you 50%...........NOONE needs a "smart"coin. I also noticed that I mentioned "from 2003", and that was "miraculously" changed to "early 90's" in your note??? Exactly what was the purpose in making that big change from my post? Does it make your response "fit better"?
