The currency mission will be achieved with the SWF created to manage the BRL value. It'll serve as the mechanism to holod out of the country the money repatrited from exports. The and Brazilian companies will exist as local and foreign entities. Thus not forcing moves in the BRL value.

Say, Vale wants to buy a Anglo-American. They could then draw from the SWF and the transaction would not need to affect the BRL value. Say Petrobras would need to buy a couple of refineries. Same thing.

Although the exports-imports is not that big -if we compare with the size of the internal economy- they have a big effect on the BRL up and down.

The SWF will act as a counter weight or an anchor for the BRL value.
