It's not a proof that it is NOT happening- but there's no proof aliens aren't controlling your brain either. You can say anything, no matter how bizarre, and claim you can't prove it ain't so. The logical point is- do you have any proof it IS happening? You want to count a children's book that's about tolerance. OK. And you're going to count parades despite the fact that the Irish and Italians have parades... The topic sure interests me, because the kinds of things you have said hurt real people in our real society, even though there is no real proof for the position that they recruit. But that idea makes real people angry at gays- and their "recruiting", that you can't even prove exists because you've no experience with it. Can you see why people might have a problem with that? If you've no experience with it, and you can't be sure it's happening, and the idea whips some people in to a frenzy of gay bashing, maybe it's an idea you shouldn't pass around as currency. Just a thought. After all, we've have many instances of gays being murdered just because they were gay- and now we've got a mass murderer who shot up a church over gays and liberals.
