OK, joe, so we're going back to the October "Act Immediately" bulletin again. I thought it was you who said something like "it's not only the mistakes of the past, but the present". OK, so now you want to go back again. Yes, the QQQ was a mistake. Funny how you want to focus on the "Act immediately" for eight years and completely ignore the "for those interested" phrases. As far as Brinker "censoring" boards, I think it's been reported that the moderator said Brinker "expressed concern" or something like that. There's no way that Brinker can stop people from talking about him pro or con, and he would be foolish to try. I don't think he's that dumb, and I believe that if you thought he was, you wouldn't be focused on him the way you are. What moderators do about his expressed concerns is up to them. However, as a businessman, he does have every right to protect his copyrighted material, both Moneytalk and Marketimer, and every right to pursue that protection along proper and legal lines.
