The problem is that anything the monopoly does will be considered "abusive," short of giving away market share.

When you start from the viewpoint that having too much market share is unacceptable, you can define whatever you damn feel like as "abusive behavior."


No.

Laws define the limits of what can be considered abusive, and conformance or non-conformance to law, as determined by a judge and/or jury, is all that matters.

Do you have a problem with these basic tenets of modern legal systems?
