Exactly. There is an inherent double-standard within antitrust law, and that's by design.

That's what makes antitrust law different from criminal law such as that dealing with bribery.

By the way, the court ruling against early termination fees for wireless deals is bogus. It's being cheered as a victory for consumers, but in reality it will just "raise the bar" (tm AT&T) for people trying to afford new cell phones like the iPhone.

Sounds like the antitrust nonsense against Intel.
