While I understand your political views necessitate that the govt is the source of all that is good in today's society and where any problem can be resolved by simply electing the latest photo-op starved democrat, I would think the past history of failed government intervention in many areas by both parties would possibly be a source of discussion considering the failed government handling of the ethanol scam might repeat itself in other important alternative energy efforts.
