Vitamin K (phylloquinone)
Helps blood coagulate

In conjunction with vitamins A and D helps body build bone protein

Given as injection to newborns to help blood clot, sometimes to women before labor or to patients before and after surgery

i know as a fact my wife inr blood work will come in low but if i give her vegs with vit k i can raise her thin blood count to much thicker or higher readings.

i believe what he is saying.....if you do not have a medical history of having to take blood thinners then vit k will not affect your blood dramatically. However, i believe he is saying if you are under medical supervision for blood thinners then you do need to be cautious.
