I think AMD is timing this whole thing so that Intel will have to buy a New York megaFAB for AMD as compensation for Intel's crimes.

I've posted it before and I'll post it again. I expect a $3 to $9 Billion settlement from Intel to AMD.

But it could be 5 more years before AMD sees a dime of that.
