For some reason AMD didn't mention that on at least one occasion, Intel didn't wash their hands before dinner. Maybe they amended their complaint later on?

re: Absent the privilege, the San Jose Mercury would not print the "AMD claims" for fear of legal liability -- not just with Intel but with the alleged co-conspirators who cooperated with Intel.
