I don't see it above ten per cent. VIA was bought out on 12.2% when it was seen to have double the ounces drilled off. It is a rule that underground Archean ops have usually 3 times the underground potential that they fease at. But in FDN's case the deposit has a bottom as it is not hyperthermal but mesothermal.

Add in the lack of expansion and the political situation and it is not worth more than K will pay for it. They have to pay 3 billion in excess taxes and take at least a billion in risk that otherwise would not be there.

If Ecuador buys the mine, they should pay 3 billion for it, as they make all the money. But even with them in their own country, there is risk.

Sure if you moved it to Quebec it might be worth 2 or more billion $ at 32% max taxes, fed and prov. Compare Quebec taxes and Ecuador and it's nolo contendre. Double the tax and then some in Ecuador. Whole other calculation. I can also calculate that if my aunt had balls her name would be Harold not Jane.

I have two mines in p. de quebec for that reason. And I cannot speak a word of french. I can however say plus d'impôts de baise in seven languages.

If you can throw a rope around FDN and drag it into PQ then I will bid on it myself.

EC:<-}

Hi Claude, you know the players in this business pretty well. Tell me what relationship Puplava has with Keith Barron, both large shareholders in ARU

DGC (13.4 million oz in M&I and inferred, located in Ontario) is in a promising situation based on those previous takeovers.
