I don't really have it in for the homeowners living in their home but glad the speculators, most investors and the builders are getting their payback.. Back to business as usual soon for everybody else we hope. Actually the few winners are those who stepped aside in recent years and the homeowner who cash out all his equity and now sits in his homestead living rent free a year or more till the sheriff kicks him out.

All that bad behaviour encouraged from the neocons policies of recent years is most pathetic of all coming from so called 'conservatives'..
