It looks like its still very much range bound. It will take a while to grow into that PE ratio. I don't think anything can really rally in this environment. It's a solid state technology, with no moving parts. The original solar cells, made over 50 years ago, still work just fine with no maintenance. FSLR - has the patent on the first PV cells produced on a "printing press" onto a flexible material. Production is sold out for the foreseeable future.
