Which are we supposed to switch our cars to, natural gas or electricity?

The fact you have to ask me shows just how far behind the eight ball this country is

Oh, cut the crap. I was asking YOUR OPINION. Which do YOU think we should convert to - natural gas powered cars or electric cars?

Ranting stupidly about Bush when someone asks you a question about YOUR OPINION just makes you look idiotic.
---------------------------------------------
BTW did you know the leasing ban you defend keeps a lot of natural gas off the market? See Destin Dome offshore Pensacola. Which is increasingly being burned to make electricity.

I have not defended the leasing ban except where it applies to the ANWR.

Then why keep posting attacks on OCS drilling?
------------------------------------------

You just want to keep knowledgeable people out of the debate. That wouldn't be good for the country.

When people have an agenda like going to war in Iraq, there is a tendency to have the facts fly out the window. That's why knowledgeable people who have the ability to gain financially excuse themselves from the debate.

Wait a minute. Don't you and John Fowler and Z post about stocks like FSLR and PWR and BWEN? Why yes, you do:

siliconinvestor.com

So when are you guys who've invested in solar and wind, going to take yourselves out of the debate? You "have the ability to gain financially" so according to what you just said you guys should "excuse themselves from the debate".

Or are you a hypocrite?

FSLR is turning out to be a real disappointment after reporting a good quarter. It looks like its still very much range bound.
It will take a while to grow into that PE ratio. I don't think anything can really rally in this environment.
The wind turbine companies are doing better right now. I like PWR:

What does PV do"
en.wikipedia.org
Converts sunlight directly to electricity, currently at a very low efficiency. It's a solid state technology, with no moving parts. The original solar cells, made over 50 years ago, still work just fine with no maintenance.
FSLR - has the patent on the first PV cells produced on a "printing press" onto a flexible material. Production is sold out for the foreseeable future. Has the first contract for a US large scale PV power plant.
JF got in early. His retirement may be secure.
