If it were capitulation, then I would expect to see great volumes today. Today seems to me to be the worst down day. Again I would need to check that. It could be the last whimper of the weak handed retail holders throwing in their cards. It would explain the somewhat low volume sell-off. I have sympathy for them. Probably didn't sleep all weekend. I was one once.
