Which are we supposed to switch our cars to, natural gas or electricity?

The fact you have to ask me shows just how far behind the eight ball this country is

Oh, cut the crap. I was asking YOUR OPINION. Which do YOU think we should convert to - natural gas powered cars or electric cars?

You didn't ask for my opinion.....you asked for a timeframe as to when the conversion can be made.

I asked you both questions - the timeframe and which you really wanted?

How can I possibly give you an answer? I don't have all the facts at my disposal. Its the reason why we elect leaders to pull the info together and establish a direction.

But you think we need to know exactly when a payoff will occur when it comes to one thing, that principle should apply to other things too.

As for you playing the ignorant card, I trust my party leaders - well, what is their answer?

-------------------------------------------------------------

You just want to keep knowledgeable people out of the debate. That wouldn't be good for the country.

When people have an agenda like going to war in Iraq, there is a tendency to have the facts fly out the window. That's why knowledgeable people who have the ability to gain financially excuse themselves from the debate.

Wait a minute. Don't you and John Fowler and Z post about stocks like FSLR and PWR and BWEN? Why yes, you do:

siliconinvestor.com

So when are you guys who've invested in solar and wind, going to take yourselves out of the debate? You "have the ability to gain financially" so according to what you just said you guys should "excuse themselves from the debate".

Or are you a hypocrite?

Don't be a clown, Brumar.

You just feel uncomfortable that I exposed your hypocritical stance. In addition, to being hypocritical, you were seeking to suppress debate. Two bad things.

Should a geologists professional society sit out the debate? After all, many of their members work in the energy industry.

I guess the "people with the ability to gain" should abstain from the debate idea only applies to the side liberals favor but not to liberals themselves who invest in wind and solar.
