<How exactly did I label the authors as insincere? I only commented on their sense of self preservation by not touching the sensitive subjects that could possibly end their careers.>

Sounds pretty insincere to me <g>

I would think anyone interested in this subject would find this movie entertaining.

It may not have completely scientific and how much of the ill effects where do to carbs and how much to saturated fats could be debated. But there are plenty of people addicted to this stuff to their detriment.

Towards the end he shows how many school boards are contracting out their cafeteria to fast food companies rustling in an appalling diet with huge amounts of processed carbs.

He did show one special ed school full of kids with major behavior problems. All they did was simply replaced the contracted fast foods with a "regular" but cooked diet from their cafeteria-nothing special just cooked food-vegetables means fish etc. The resulting improvement in the kids behavior was nothing short of phenomenal.

Me I view the fast food companies like the tobacco companies-dangerous to our country's health.
