One minor correction to what you have written.. They prefer if you call them a day after your trade, in the morning.. Apparently, that makes it easier for the Rep. since the transaction and the foreign exchange trade applied to the trade is readily available..

Works fine but I am truly surprised that they have not computerized this already since it is a hassle both for the customer and the broker..
