30% may be dialect speakers, but that has nought to do with tribes, more to do with accent.

5% are tribes (65 mil), and divided into 200 tribes, spread thin across the landscape, and meaningless as any conceivable political force especially without leadership and outnumbered even in western-media imagined homeland, and so not even material as a conversation topic, footnote or after-thought, per trend of 500+ years.
