Just what did you expect this product to do, replace Nehalem? It's intended for markets where performance is not nearly as important as power usage, and at roughly $1-$2 die costs it can compete well in the embedded space while offering full x86 compatibility. While you're busy LOLing AMD is once again outside with their nose pressed up against the window looking at another market they can't compete in.
