"Any realistic, independent oil expert will tell you that there is not enough American oil to affect the price of at the bump. Oil is a world wide traded commodity. Its price is set by supply and demand. In order for American drilling to affect the price at the pump, we would have to produce enough oil to effect the long term, overall, aggregate world supply of oil to such a degree as to effect the price commodity speculators are willing to invest. Folk we plainly don’t have that much oil and any reasonable professional will tell you that. ASK T. BOONE PICKENS!"
