There's still contention for texture data in the pixel shaders though.

If they're smart, texture memory is designated read-only by the time the
pixel shaders look at it, so there's no contention in the sense of
cache thrashing. Only shared access to texture memory -- the
same as in conventional cards. It's known how to make that fast
enough.

The chart may not need to be changed. Unless there is a CPU bottleneck, the graphics card should scale as well as the hardware allows. And perhaps Intel is assuming that there will be faster CPUs in the Larrabee time frame. :-)
