Yes. Always be in 'C' excessive. It's water based, and your pee should always be yellow. That means your body is expelling the excess. You will never overdose the extra 'C'. It just goes out of your body. Clear urine means that your body does not have enough. Any enemies of your system just hate 'C'. It kills many enemies, which we may call 'free radicals'.
