And they all had their messianic type proponents. That editorial I posted about heart scans last night points out one of the problems with new things getting accepted. The Doctors didn't like the fact that people were getting treated by these private scanning companies and it put them off the procedure. Heart Scans are twenty years old now, and are still misunderstood and badmouthed by a lot of the Cardiologists. I found the depth of this "New Age" movement when I started posting on the Herb.... thread. People tend to get hung up in anything "new." And it isn't helped by all the BS on the Net. Just look at the verbiage for Flax Seed. You would think it was ground in the Virgin Islands by Virgins and is the cure for everything.
