Lets just have an excess profits tax, not on the oil cos, but on buffets companies. He took advantatge of the failed mortgage market recently to make ill begotten gains. IF the dems can tax normal profits of oil companies at normal margins then lets nail buffet and wilbur ross for feeding off the suffering of foreclosed homeowners. Oh but the great buffet cant be an exploiter as he is a liberal. Whatever the great one does must be OK.

New tax.. a penny a post on SI.

Apple is a great american company but they make too much money on the their phones and ipods. Lets put an additional windfall profits tax on them as well as a 10% federal sales tax to squeeze the apple lovers on this thread like JF. Lets make all the tax raisers squirm and squeal.
