I see the first link says we export some - don't know if that is crude or refined products. We do export refined products - in fact, I know Mexico doesn't have enough refinery capacity to supply its own market so it imports gasoline from a refinery in Deer Park, TX. We also export natural gas to Mexico - again Pemex doesn't produce enough to supply their own country.

This is a shame - if they privatized Pemex, they could have a big exporting oil, gas, and refined products industry.

I suspect there is trade in refined products in both directions with Canada too. And perhaps export of diesel fuel to Europe, with European gasoline coming here. Their use of diesel is bigger than ours.
